REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, all payments made to Secret Diary are non refundable.
In the case of your event being cancelled we will gladly provide you with a credit note for the amount you have paid (Minus any services already rendered).

You may make use of your credit note on any of the services we offer for an unlimited time. Our credit notes do not expire.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because our products are made specifically to your specifications, orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
If there is a printing error due to a mistake on our part, the item will be gladly reprinted at no cost to you.

However if there is an error in the proof provided to you and you approve the incorrect design and/or wording, you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting and a discounted reprint cost will be offered for your convenience.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
* Please note that all payments made to Secret Diary are non refundable so please be sure to kindly read through all our terms and conditions (in your quote and invoice) and be in agreement of them before paying your deposit.
* If an order is cancelled after production has commenced, or has been completed, your will be liable for final payment on the order. (No exceptions)
* Any orders requested in writing via email may not be cancelled without the full outstanding balance of the order being settled.
